The best i could offer is see if you can get your pug groups into a form of communication channel like discord, most pugs i have come across have been willing to do so as its easier to coordinate Final Omega that way, if you set up pfs explain you need discord etc due to your color blindness.

I remember they added a colorblind help tool i don't remember where it is in the menu though as i never had to use it yet.

I've heard that helps, but thats for people who cant see certain colors. It doesnt offer you anything if you're truly blind to color.
