Just wanted to voice a concern about the state of reporting in general.

I absolutely feel we should be able to see the impact of our reports, even if it's a simple "your report resulted in ... punishment". Ive seen many people trivialize reporting simply because we dont get the closure to this feedback loop. With the massive number of players and the fact that it is unlikely to be repeatedly matched with the same bad actors I see the concern that some 'lesser' actions may be let to skate by simply because the odds of you running into that person again are highly unlikely and the GM may have seen it as an isolated incident. But with the transparency the GM could put in something to the extent that "this appeared to be a one time occurrence for this player" or something to that extent.

Simply put, transparency would increase faith that the rules are actually being implemented as well as clarify what does and does not qualify for the reports and on what grounds. After all, the best way to avoid breaking the rules is to know what they are.
