[Mount Request] Crafted Bikes

Something I'd like to see akin to the floating chair mount; an ordinary, plain ol' bike. Can re-use idle animation from the SDS mount by having you leaning over, minus the vibrating of the ceruleum engine. On the ground animation would be your old fashioned pedaling, surely the WoL can pedal from Ul'dah all the way to Mor Dhonut. It will always be leg day.

Flying animation, just add sparkles. Relaxed pedaling just as some people do when they have enough momentum, bonus points for a break squeeze on stopping but totally not necessary.

I think it should be a lv50 BSM or ARM recipe. Perhaps 5x Darksteel Ingots. 3x Rosewood Lumber (depending on the decal) and 2x Garlean Rubber. Maybe up the ingredients for something more, or give it 99 Shard/Crystal cost like the crafted minions.

Summon sound: *ting ting* Like a bell and/or the sound of spokes/wheels..



Two seater ideas perhaps if it's an option. This way Lala/Female AuRa/Miqo'te can ride in the front and taller races from behind.

And since we're officially in the 4 person mount zone, here's an idea for multiple people at once under a different recipe. Maybe the Lv70 version of the bike.

Give Elezen penny farthing bikes, Roes can have heavily built off road bikes, Lala's can have tricycles, Hyurs can have beach cruisers and Miqo'te can have touring bikes, Au Ra can have something of a hybrid road bike and the new races yet to be decided. (maybe Viera can have a racing bike?)

But, I'd suspect it'd just end up being too much extra animation effort, as they'd also have to animate some method of staying upright while standing still, or otherwise look too bizarre.

Have you seen the SDS Fenrir mount? That's what I meant when standing still. They could re-use it. As for the NPC, I mean- we have Allegan tech that went from rarity to newer NPCs just knowing about Azys Lla. Knowing Koji Fox, it might be different in Japanese- see the Kugane NPC making a Simpsons joke in English. We literally have a motor bike in game now, the absurdity of a bike is obsolete.
