    Can't get past select region and language

    So as I'm trying to redownload FF14, the first step it to choose the region and language. I just hit accept because NA and English but it just instantly goes back and asks me again what to choose. I can click as much as I want but all it does is go back and ask what region and language. No idea how to fix this.

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    The error you are describing may be caused by a connection error. Please make sure the Final Fantasy XIV application is allowed through the fire wall. Please also make sure you are connected to internet through an Ethernet cable.
