When the crash occurs, are there programs running in the background along side FFXIV? Also does this crash only happen on Direct X 11? Does Final Fantasy XIV crash on Direct X 9 at all? IF you have not done so already, please switch to Direct X9 by selecting the " Config" button on the game launcher. Additionally, please do a cleanboot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

It does. I get Fatal Direct X Error 100003d at launch, Direct x 11 doesn't have that error but it does still persist to crash in game.
