can't even abandon to retry it

So it is now over a week I talked to GM in-game he told me to open a bug report.
I make a bug report in-game. A week later still no change or response.
What I am supposed to do now? Can't play the game as it is MSQ and it is essential.
Now I will miss the FF15 event as you need to have ARR MSQ done for that.
And I lost a week of game time that nobody will give me back.
And today I get an email telling me to pay more for the game.
Why? I can't even play it and nobody cares (besides my FC <3 ).

From looking around on Google it seems like this bug has popped up a few times over the years. Unfortunately in most topics I found the OP never came back to say if it had been fixed.
