Grand Company Ticket, Aetheryte Ticket, & Return UI (Auto use / list add)

I was wondering if we could get a few UI QoL changes for the teleport menu.



(1) A check box for using your teleport tickets automatically
(2) A numerical field for a value of gil, that number is how high the cost of the teleport needs to be before you will use a free ticket. In my example free tickets will be used whenever the cost is greater than 200 gil.
(3) When you have a Grand Company Aetheryte ticket could there be a free teleport put into the list to the GC of wherever your ticket takes you? So for example in the image for the list of Thanalan I'd have Immortal Flames GC listed there with fee being either listed as free or 1/(quantity of tickets available).

When the check box is checked (to use aetheryte tickets automatically without pop-ups) when you go through the map interface to teleport you will also use your aetheryte tickets automatically just like if you used it from the above picture.

Also if you wanted you could collapse 1 and 2 into the same button/field. Such that when you click the field you can enter any number including 0 (0 meaning always on for every teleport cost) and if you click a an X that appears in the field when clicked (to clear the field, like some media players) then it turns off the feature entirely. This way you only have one field for two actions (if there is a number inside it's on, if there is nothing it's off). It's not really too important to me how it looks just that it allows me the power to turn on or off auto-ticketing and it would be really nice to have a minimum gil cost to.



(4) When you have a location on return it would be awesome if it could ask you when you click if you'd like to return or teleport (if your return is available at least)
