Fix Regalia for Females

Easy fix just make the seats raise up and down depending of the size of the character in them. I had a car that seats could raise and lower.

Back when I was a lad (70s) my mom was so short she had to use a big square cushion to sit on to drive. This needs to be added to the Regalia!
