Well everyone was confused by the Regalia. They knew it was a type of machine just not one they've ever seen before. Photography as far as we know does not exist on Eorzea. The Regalia is strange but familiar. The concept of a photo is unknown.

that is the thing everyone but us questions the car yet we do question what a photograph is its a little inconsistent within the collab

also like to point out i didn't mean to bring 'immersion' into it just wanted to highlight the inconsistency that our character acts within the collab story, i'm very much of the opinion if its treated as canon i will treat it as canon if it ain't its for fun :P
