FF15 Event -- "Monolith Warp" Mechanic is still broken

Don't the quests at that level award you with the i90 artifact gear at this point?

It's a bit later, you have access to the event immediatly after Meridianum and Praetorium. The i90 stuff is to prepare HW and so, then we get them later (we still get i70 and higher pieces step by step following the ARR MSQ after Prae).
