No offense Noctris, but your inability to formulate strategy would preclude you from leading any party I take part in.

No offense Molly, but if you ever need to use more raises than (White Mage *2 + Paladin + Bard in your party), or want to use Sentinel, Cure and Stoneskin on your Thaumaturge to reduce the load on your healers, or Invigorate on your melee class to help keeping TP up, or if you think than you can make one battle easier if your healer is able to use Thunder for whatever reason, or anything else that involves not using a job, I would kick you from any party I take part in.
