can we have 2nd raise ability via item ?

when they finally fix it so recast timers are constantly flowing or at the very least preserved across class switching, this'll mostly be moot, atm it's a pain that you can access raise but are required to wait the 5:00 recast from newly switching classes but that's not always going to be that way unless they decide not to act on this matter after all

With Fast cast coming back i just don't see raise being that big of a deal tbh. I never really used raise on melee until 1.20 now with chain spell coming i prob wont need to again.
