I used the tonic before. It's very useful. Save MP, save time for casting raise skill The bad part is I can only own a tonic in my inventory, and I cant buy more. Correct me if I am wrong

You're correct. One at a time, maximum of 8 if all party members purchase one.

WHM gets fast cast. Also, use a few classes instead of jobs in your party and not having rasie should be a non-issue unless your party sucks.
