Unexpected error on character load and crash.

Hello,

This morning I got an "unexpected error" in an instance and the game crashed. I have been unable to log in with my character since. I have reinstalled Dx, the game itself, and my display driver. I made a "test alt" to see if I could get in game and I could with that character but not my main. I don't know if my character is "stuck" between instances or what. I couldn't really navigate Square's support page to find help. Any help would be appreciated.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

The error depicted in the picture is a Direct X crash. Does this only happen on one character? Do you experience this crash anywhere else in game? Also have any changes been made to the PC recently (updates)? Also could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
