Launcher Failure, Exception Raised

A friend of mine has an issue. (On MacOS)
She starts the launcher, it shows up but is completely white and an error pops up.
"Exception Raised
Unhandeld page fault on read access to 0x1431d60 to adress 0xa7d8e280"

We already tried to get rid of the files in /Library/Application Support/FINAL FANTASY XIV/ (moved them to another folder) but the error message still pops up.
if we move the two folders inside of the folder (p drive and wineserver) we get another error message with "can't copy file *** to folger p drive."

Has someone some more ideas?

Solved:
We deinstalled the whole game. deleted all left over files and folders. (even that in library)
reinstalled the game. now it works.. only emptying the library folder didn't worked.
