Looking for item on vendors and can't find it

Hey all, first forum post here (at least that I can recall) and I'm looking for a certain item that I can't seem to locate in game.

I'm looking for the Ornate Chromite Armor of Fending but it says that it only comes from Khloe. I went to her and looked through the gear she offers for Gold and Silver certificates but all I see are 380 and 350 gear (the one I'm looking for is 320 ilevel). Is there an alternate vendor somewhere that I can get this armor from or is it no longer available?

Would like it for a glamour I'm putting together because we all know that's the real end game. Thanks!

If youre looking at this item specifically for a glamour, it might be easier to get a "normal" Chromite Armor of Fending(rather then ornate). I cant say for sure that they dye the same, but one of those is a crafted item and there are hundreds of people who can make it - the other requires having good Khloe luck(which not everyone does).
