    As the leader of my FC, would I be able to keep the money spent on our FC home so that I can purchase a new one once we transfer?

    Oh, I read what you asked. You have to leave your FC before you can transfer, so you won't be the leader of any FC at all when you transfer - and certainly not the owner of any FC home. So no, you will not be able to keep any money spent on an FC house that you will no longer be associated with.
    If you want to get any money for your FC house you will have to arrange that in some other way, before you leave the FC.
