Is there a problem with The Ananta Maid's Tail quest?

Sorry, I wasn't exact sure where to post this, but I need help.

I finally got the Alliance BT Quests unlocked and I cannot proceed with it due to the final part of this quest. Which involves hurling grenades at a certain someone. It's a marker one and I hover the marker over the target and throw it.

All for it to say I "missed the target". I'm sorry, I picked the Key Item, hovered the marker over the target, threw it, and nothing happened. I've tried from different angles, but I cannot get past the "missed the target" error.

Is this a bug? Maybe I should've posted it in the Bug Report, but I don't know if it IS a bug or I'm just doing it wrong somehow. I got the target in the dead center of the marker.

I would love to continue this, but it looks like I can't. I guess I could abandon the quest and try again seeing as logging out did nothing. But I don't want to start from the beginning again all for it to be stuck at the same part again. I'll try that, but I just wanted to let people know I encountered this.

Are you on the same class that you began the mission with? That message usually happens because you're not on the correct class.

I've completed it, have you tried clicking on the target to see if it prompts you to then select the item and place the marker?

You need to be a level 70 DoW/DoM for that quest.
If you are trying to do it with a lower-level job you will get that exact error message, and the "quest continuation" symbol above the head of the NPC will be red rather than the normal yellow.

Took me a while to figure that out, since all the other Beast Tribe quests can be done at a lower level.

Oh... that's the issue! I was using my level 67 RDM because I was hoping it gave EXP for my lower level class. Odd that it let me accept the quest as is.
