Eorzean Races, Aging and Maturity

Lalafells reach their max height pretty fast. During the Starlight Celebration with Damielliot, one of the kids is a lalafell but has a character model indistinguishable from other ages. This could be a fact of convenience to make it so they don't have to model separate ~10 year olds, but it fits. Lalafell faces don't really age and so the only way they tend to make themselves look more mature is with facial hair. (ex. Papashan, Lolorito)

Don't forget Tataru in that one Four Lords cutscene. Although it's debatable whether a naturally old popoto would look that way or if the box made it worse.
