Skipping half an instance is incentive enough for me.

What I would like to have is possibility to join progress parties with certain people in dungeon. I was so often in situations when friends asked to help them in progress but I ended up in other party. That's frustrating. :/
I always have it active. It was so helpful using it when Orbonne Monastery was out. I got instant queues as a DPS and it was always with TG. Helped me clear on day 1 easily.
When I was a new player I found it odd to never get into a dungeon in progress, but to be fair, [in my experience] people leave mid run so rarely that I just thought nothing of it. Doesn't help I came from WoW where people leave left and right so I thought it was just a different type of crowd, idk. Imagine my surprise after finding out you can actually toggle that feature on and off, now all the times I saw 'DPS in need' and yet get a 20 min queue makes so much sense!
I would love to see some improvements of it
Just the other day, doing 50, a painful fight but we manage get to diabolos, but we wipe 3 times and have no choice but kick the incompetence tank, we wait 15 minutes and couldn’t get any tank to fill in. Have to vote abandoned eventually.
The other issue about JIP, I JIP and the party just disbanded right when I get in, which mean I have to requeue and this JIP suppose to be shortened my queue time suddenly become a punishment and making the queue time worse
This. The join in progress function should always check if there are FC mates or friends are in one of these duties in need of a replacement.
Why not make the option on by default and have the option to toggle off? Most people probably do just overlook it...
Tbh, I would like to have option to only join dungeons in progress. For selfish reasons, obviously.
I always have it on and I agree. We seem to be the rarities. So I'm all for additional incentives to get others to do it. Especially with the splitting off of the data centers they're doing.
