This is really disturbing. For example for dungeons/endgame: Why would we want to bring a Dragoon or Monk or Marauder as damage dealers if the can't even offer the slightest support to the group. Everyone would bring Bards as damage dealers just for that reason, besides the fact that everyone is already bringing Archers now because of the easy damage they do and minor damage they take.
Dude are you crazy? DRG,WAR and MNK all have awesome Spells like

WAR:Warmonger - Increases the maximum HP and attack power of all party members within range, and removes any Sleep effects. Stuns all enemies within range.

MNK:Hundred Fists
MNK:Sap - Prevents target from executing actions or moving. MP is consumed while effect is active. Effect fades upon executing an action, or if you or the target sustain damage.

And more that mean every job have a type of buff for the part or something that would help win the fight. Each job are great at something. The point of the jobs is to make White Mage the only one who care not how it is now in ifrit everyone heal themself and the conj just heal the tank now it be more everyone does DMG and the White mage 10x better then conj so there no need for everyone to heal.
