As you rank up further in your GC you'll be able to buy the books that allow you to change their classes with GC seals at your Grand Company. You'll also be able to change their outfits once they get to a certain level. Can't remember if it's 50 or 60.
At which point there is only one real option...

One thing that may matter to you though is that you can't change (iirc) their race, since chemistry (special effects can relate to a race). You can of course dismiss and get new mates though, or dismiss the chemistry if it isn't a combo/type you prefer.
Statwise, there is no difference.
But some of them are Miqo'tes, some are not.
Recruits with unique outfits are clearly superior to other options because they're better at emulating player characters. Especially this one.

If you plan on reworking your recruits, just remember that when you recruit a new member, they will start one or two levels below max instead of max level. It doesn't take long to get them back to max but just a warning if you didn't do it before.

The clearly run dungeons in glamour ones tend to only come from gold saucer challenge log dings.
As this is about the squardrons, instead of making a new thread I have a question here. What is the best way to level up your squardron? Is it just spamming the dungeons with them?
Also, is the 1 hour training the only way to raise their stats?
