I have had a PS4 account for awhile now with everything up to shadowbringers pre-ordered and still have active time on my sub.

Just this last week my boyfriend helped me finish building a PC and since game + mode isn't out i figured id get ARR for PC in the meantime and just play through the game.

under my Square Enix/mog station account i bought a PC license and activated it as a secondary service account and placed the character onto Excalibur where my other one is. (i do have a 1st inactive PC one that i haven't used in years and just wanted to leave be to start fresh on PC so technically i do have 3 service accounts)

Now whenever i try to log into my PS4 account i get as far as the Stormblood title screen before i get the 3109 error.

The PC account is running on a 30 day trial and when i load up the client i do select service account "3" not 2 which the PS4 one is on.

i have tried rebooting the PS4 and making sure i had the game closed out here on the PC at the same time to no avail.
The one answer i found on the forums was someone going from PS4 to PC and they stated that refreshing the data centers helped but seeing as how i cant get that far on PS4 I am at a lost as to what else to do.

does anyone have any possible suggestions or solutions? If not guess i will be waiting until tommorrow to contact support.
