Suggestions: Setting to auto use Aetheryte Tickets and a way to disable glamour!

Suggestion: Setting to auto use Aetheryte Tickets
Could there be a setting that could be set by the player where it can auto use Aetheryte Tickets with a set amount like Auto Use Aetheryte Ticket when it cost over 500 if it is lower than the set amount it won't auto use and you won't be asked to use them over and over cause it can get really annoying when working on MSQ and have to Teleport a lot! And maybe it could show how many Aetheryte Tickets are left in some way someway without show an extra confirmation window.

Suggestion: There needs to be a toggle to disable glamour!
A way to manually pick and choose someones glamour to disable, or just disable of one gender mainly males for me or just disable the look of glamour for all duties like it is set for pvp this is needed especially when using Duty Find, Party Finder Raid Finder not fun to enter after waiting for 30-60mins and then have to wait another 30mins! Cause I have to leave because there is a male in a Speedo or Bunny Suit or anything similar and really the bunny suits should return to female only! I just can't play any job correctly when theses glamours are around!

The forum title indicates that this is feedback for the website and companion app, but I think a lot of people either don't realise the difference, or follow the lead of the incorrectly-placed threads already in here.

As for your actual suggestion.... No, they are not going to let you turn off glamours. In any case the alternative might be just as terrible - for an example, right now my male Elezen alt has a perfectly coordinated healer glamour, but underneath (as I see on the glamour dresser's "dispeller" screen) it's a tribal feathered crop-top/skirt and a top hat. It's absolutely disastrous, but nobody will ever be seeing it - unless they disable glamours.

On the particular issue of not wanting to see people in certain outfits you disagree with, it's just something you have to learn to ignore. Roll your eyes, think "typical Internet people", focus instead on what you're doing and on the enemies you're fighting. If you're not looking at their outfit and thinking about how terrible their outfit is, your brain will not be prioritising it. Zooming your camera out may also help.

You seem to be mistaken about how PVP affects gear. The stats become irrelevant but the glamoured appearance of gear is not affected.

If they did implement a "turn off glamour" switch, this (and PotD/HoH) would be where the system breaks down - because with no need to choose gear based on stats, people could just wear the bunny suit directly instead of glamouring it onto something else.

Well I don't care if armor is all miss-matched (should have been there when there was no glamour it was better then with no males in speedos and other stupid glamour! Really a male in a Speedo and Fat Chocobo head or a bunny suit is really just stupid looking! And I run the other way!) And only the player that chooses to disable glamour would not see the glamour everyone else would still see the glamour! I just want to be able to run duties without having to leave cause of some male character in something I can't stand to see!

Or make it easier to blacklist someone! Like when I target someone and can examine, invite LS or invite to a party need to be able to blacklist from this menu and anyone blacklisted should be invisible or something!

I was sure I read something somewhere a long time ago that pvp disables glamour I don't really play pvp so I don't really know!

Well If that ever happened I would blacklist and just leave. And good thing I don't really run those that much! I"m more worried about dungeons, raids and primals and and eureka!

1. Females look good in anything! And not stupid looking!
2. I'm a guy and I'm hetero which is why I play female cause I don't want to be looking at a half-naked male.

And there is more decent looking glamour then stupid looking glamour a few are just weirdos and creepy players that use stupid and ugly glamour on males and like I said I'll leave a duty as any job, healer, tank DPS worst with DPS cause have to even wait longer again with 30mins penalty than even more AWT to enter another duty! And if they pull already when I'm healer I'm likely already gone so they probably end up wiping hope they have fun with their stupid looking glamour! I don't ask to kick I just leave!

And you do realise that there are a number of genuine leveling gear items that could be described as speedos, like subligars and Shisui gear?

The "male counterpart" to female gear doesn't get campaigns asking for it to become usable on females, because it probably is already - including the Gambler set that is counterpart to the bunny suits. The Sailor Shirt (most often used by female characters) is meant to be a counterpart to the Spring Dress. The Thavnairian bustier is female-only but the bolero is unisex. Likewise for the Bridesmaid's dress (female) and Best Man's suit (unisex). Male FF character outfits are given as veteran rewards to both genders.



To echo some other people here - if you really cannot stand the sight of people in silly costumes, and only want to see them wearing "proper" setting-appropriate gear, this is probably not the game for you. You may have better luck with squadrons or the upcoming trust system, but as long as you are participating in multiplayer, you will inescapably come across more people wearing outfits you can't bear to look at. You will never be able to blacklist them all, and the real gear beneath their glamour might be just as terrible if you could see it.

Either you learn to cope with it, or you will have a very miserable time playing this game.

I don't care how anyone looks if it is decent looking and anyone that doesn't manually disable glamour they would still see whatever glamour you have.

And like I said should have been there when there was no glamour everyone was mostly all miss-matched when 1st get armor from a dungeon to upgrade lower level armor and most of that started back then got thru it just fine!

I would leave, and yeah stupid enemies in like sastasha with stupid armor I never really noticed before till I tanked it and now I have to cover it up all the time! Stupid NPC to unlock titian for msq is even stupid to have to cover that up too and skip I ever repeat it again!!

I've have tried to look away from weirdos in stupid glamour and heal but not going to work that good, or even open up inventory or character window and leave it open to cover them too kind of works that way but still annoying!

If anything I could use a lock window option so they don't close all the time when I press circle!

I don't care anything that really only fits the female body should be for female only and anything would look good on a female but I wouldn't really use any of those either, well maybe not all that good on a Female Lala which is why I don't use stupid glamour on them either it just doesn't look right! And I won't likely get bunny suits for my Female Lala I would sometime for my Miqot'e

And like I said the Gambler Set and anything looks good on a female and isn't skimpy looking which skimpy doesn't really fit males! And when guys are in skimpy creepy glamour (Fat Chocobo head=creepy!) it is more like a creepy fetish that shouldn't be forced on other players!

And if there are others that don't like to see females in skimpy glamour say so cause this manually disable glamour work both ways!

Like I said you all don't even know how long I've played for and this isn't going to stop me from playing and I wouldn't really need to blacklist that many like I said again it is only a few weirdos I see every now and then that use stupid looking glamour on males. And most of the time it is a stupid tank in a stupid speedo and the other 2 are decent, takes should take it more seriously cause these stupid glamours really it affects other players when I'm forced to leave
