Well crafters don't hinder your progress through the game, you need combat classes/jobs to do the MSQ. I suppose crafting could have some pay to win element to it, though considering how many options there are to level up crafters it doesn't take so long with a little commitment.
They're called levekits.
Please don't. It would be a slap in the face to everyone who leveled them up in the first place.
I know it can take a while to get them up. As my mentor like to say: "There are two kinds of People - Those who have leve and those who don't." Focusing on getting them up one by one whenever you are full on leve shouldn't take too long. And if you have a fellow crafter you can get help and let them craft all the HQ stuff for you to turn in.
Just play the damn game. Next people will be paying money for people to actually play it for them-- wait nevermind.

Farm bots are problematic enough when people have to level them manually, but if skips become a thing they'll be even more common then they are already.
nope. crafting/gathering is optional, if you want the benefit of it, put in work like everyone else has. It would be bad for the economy.
In addition to everything stated beforehand, it would leave you in an awkward spot, anyway, because of cross class skills. One crafter up to fifty? Better start getting the others up. One up to sixty? Marginally better, but you're still better off having them all. One up to seventy would be the absolute closest you could get to having it be worth only having one crafter, but you still have to worry about refined mats that come from other crafters.
While the same isn't true for gatherers, I just have a hard believing they'd sell jump potions for them when they keep increasing exp gain, anyway.
they could at least increase the exp by 25% or something for the 2 older crafting beast tribe quests and give 24 allowances for both of the older beast tribe quests that would 12 allowances for each crafting focused beast tribe and then another 24 for combat focused so can at least work on 4 different tribes I would even settle for 24 that is 12 for crafting and 12 for combat but being able to work on up to 12 quests with 4 tribes is really needed or even 12 for all the older beast tribes would even be better!
