If cheesing ilvl to manipulate roulette outcomes is against the ToS due to being "disruptive", then people queuing into content as classes after level 30 is the same thing.

Also, this whole GM thing, I want proof. There has never, ever been a case, to my knowledge, of a GM telling someone that another player has been punished, and how. So provide that proof, otherwise...

i don't have to provide proof. it doesn't matter if people believe me on that or not. and it besides the point... proof or not on that claim, it doesn't change the situation that people abuse the roulette.

Why do you even care? You queue into a roulette but get mad if you don't get a specific instance? Do you do the same thing if you don't get Seiryu in Trial Roulette? Or an Alphascape in Raid Roulette?

If you want to do a specific instance, you queue directly for it, never bank on a roulette putting you in there. You're just petty, that's all this boils down to.

If this is true, I don't know why people would even wanna do that. For quick and easy rewards, I guess... But the Legacy of Allag and everything else except Orbonne are all boring because the iLVLs cap way too high.

My last roulette I got Syrcus Tower, someone groaned and called it a snooze. Maybe if they kept the raids at least similar challenge as each other, it might not be worth exploiting the DF?

I'm not sure how you can tell that people are doing this. I think it's more likely the same reason why you'd likely get ARR duties in leveling roulette. That said, speaking of leveling roulette, this would be why item level requirement should not be added to leveling dungeons until they can prevent people from manipulating the system in such a way.

So it is against the "rules" to level a job to 50, just equip it with my 50 gear from the quests and some random junk and go further with PotD and HoH and not upgrade any of my gear and then roll into roulettes and just get what i'm eligable to queue for usually with my level and equipment?

not even remotely similar. i am talking about people purposely lowering their AIL so the roulette has no choice but to force that player and 23 others in only 1 of 2 Alliance Raids. because they want the quickest or easiest possible run, 23 other players miss out on the possibility of running content that is actually relevant to them.

But you can't proof if you got draged down because the roulette hates you or someone queued directly for this duty included into the roulette you queued for.
