    Honestly, I don't get why people would unlock the high tiers raids if it is to try to avoid it. My idea of this is it is player who run a secondary job (or alt) and doesn't want or/and CAN'T run the current high tiers with his secondary (lack of experience, bad stuff or so, maybe they need, only 1ilvl to reach the current high tiers).

    You think you know what they are doing but it is only what you feel they do. You are not with them, in the same room.
