    How to run FFXIV on a SSD?

    I assumed to get it to run it'd be a simple drag and drop, but I was looking thru my NVIDIA GeForce Experience, and apparently I have FFXIV on my HDD, and my SSD. I'm not even sure which one it's running on this point.

    I want to get it to run on an SSD, for faster load times as sometimes loading into Limsa, Ul'dah, or Gridania can take up to a minute or three...

    copy-pasting an installed program is usually a bad idea, or at the very least more trouble than it's worth. Unless you have bad internet, I'd simply uninstall it, then reinstall it on your SSD.

    I have about a 70 download speed, but even with that FFXIV took me an hour or two to download...

    just copy paste it from the C/progamms or wherever you got it, i did the same with mine. The whole SE folder and done. All user related stuff is in My documents. Just make sure to starte the ffxivboot.exe from the ssd.

    I did the same and it did work without any trouble^^

    Kesisaru, please try uninstalling the game from both hard drives and then reinstalling it on the SSD. If you are experiencing a slow download, please try connecting directly to the router.
