Can not login to a specific character

Posting on behalf of my wife who was disconnected while we were doing hunts who cannot log in to her main but can log into alts.

she's been getting 90002 errors for 5 hours now but i can log in fine, even if we switch computers it's the same deal.

also on behalf of a RL friend with the same issue

Exactly the same thing here. Keep saying the world is full with a number in queue, then loading screen with a 90002 error.

Was in eureka and boom 5 hours later still getting the 90002 error on that toon but my alt works fine.
