Can not login to a specific character

Same error. Character was in an instance when servers died, cant log it in.

Sent a ticket in on another character to see if they can un-bork it.

Is that what you need to do to fix this? I was able to log into another character without issue as well.

Edit: adding Character info since that seems to be what people are doing.
