Final Fantasy XIV crashing

Hello i have just recently gotten back to playing the game. I am using a Ryzen 7 1700x and a Radeon VII gpu. I have been having this problem recently where in certain points my whole pc will hard lock and force a restart. This only happens when playing this game, does not happen with any other games i play. I have done reading and heard that dx11 has caused this issue a lot. Now i am overclocked and am currently testing if this still happens when i keep everything stock. But I have tried running the game in dx9 and even when overclocked my pc never crashes. Is there some kind of fix i can do to stop this from happening in dx11?

When the game crashes, is there an error message that appears? If so, please provide a screenshot of the error message in your next reply. How long have you experienced this issue? Have there been any changes or updates made to the PC? Also please provide a system report. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
