SE requesting : update dummys level

So someone would have to explain why a lvl 60 is not a functional dummy vs a current max? Far as I have heard, dummies are used primarily for rotation and skill practice. So what does a max level dummy grand you that a lower level doesnt? Parsing?

This is what I came here to learn.

Still kinda want OP to come back to explain how/why they think lower level dummies are useless.
