So someone would have to explain why a lvl 60 is not a functional dummy vs a current max? Far as I have heard, dummies are used primarily for rotation and skill practice. So what does a max level dummy grand you that a lower level doesnt? Parsing?

That was my guess too but regardless, it's a dummy lol. If you want to improve your dps parsing a level one dummy or a max lvl dummy doesn't matter. Because it's not about how much dps you do vs the dummy. It's about doing more dps than the last time you practiced. My level 1 dummy is best dummy
