I made it to Kugane but got interrupted before I attuned to a crystal. How do I get back to Kugane? I went to the Ferry Dock in Limsa Lominsa but I can only buy a ticket to Vesper Bay. Am I missing something?

Is there either a Kraken Deckhand or another character (possibly from the East Aldenard Trading Company) standing at the ferry dock? I don't think you buy ferry tickets from the Vesper Bay ticketer.
Worst case, you could try getting there by either teleporting to a friend's house in Shirogane and seeing if you can exit the residential area, or possibly running Sirensong Sea again and see if the cutscene triggers afterwards and drops you back in Kugane.
You should be able to take an airship. Also the NPC for the move should be behind The Drowning Wench not on the landings.
When i go down to the dock area in Limsa, my screen has 2 NPCs who offer rides. The one behind the counter who sells Vesper Bay, and a seperate one standing on my side of the counter who offers the ride to Kugane(something like East Aldenard Trading Company Sailor).
There isn't an airship route to Kugane. That's why we had toblackmailcommission Carvallain to take us by ship.
You also seem to be thinking of that quest, because we did initially meet him outside the Drowning Wench, then went to the ferry dock to depart, then from there to the Sirensong Sea and arriving in Kugane. That is where the OP is currently stuck, after travelling to Kugane but without attuning to the aetheryte there.
In any case, I remembered that my alt character is currently up to the quest where they are stuck, so I went to Limsa to check - and there is indeed an East Aldenard Trading Company Sailor standing in front of the gate to the ferry dock.
Found the East Aldenard Trading Company Sailor and bought a ticket to Kugane. Huge thanks to all who replied![]()
