Anyone else on server change fails?

So I've been camping the transfer application page refreshing from home on PC and work ( right now ) from my smart phone with no success. Do I really have a chance to transfer at this point besides ragnarok and ridill which shows a triangle once in a blue? Most of my friends are on Istory and I have a low level character I was going to level and join their guild from XI until I heard the wonderful transfer news. I decided to continue leveling the character I played at xiv launch then change servers. I don't have to give up the gear gil and hours I put into her, or do I? I love the game but I'm not sure I will be motivated enough to continue a new one if I don't make it through the 23 hours and 58 minutes of x ( server is full ). When phase one is over and servers are locked am I officially doomed? Is anyone else having this issue?

Forgot to add that I would like to delete my current low level istory character for my current character on lindblum. This feels like leaping Lizzie all over again... (−_−＃)

Hi, I had the same problem my ls changed to another server right after they put the page up and after 2h they where full.
That evening i tried to sign up w/o success, the next morning around 3pm jst they manually opened the servers and for like 1-2h almost all worlds where open.

You should try your luck during the week around that time, even if they don't open your desired world its more likely for you to squeeze in if there's some other worlds open for people to move around.

Just as Habar mention, try do it on the weekday. They do not manually open up servers on weekend. Tommorow is monday for Japan, and i believe server will be manually updated and oopened again. Try your luck then

Unfotunantly my wife (who is Japanese and with me on fiancé visa ) hates games... Just my luck huh? This application is causing me marital problems lmao. But I'm commited and must get this server change. I won't give up.

I have a LS waiting for me on Excalibur and now I can't go there :/ and yeah, Ive been camping for hours everyday. Whats the point for Ragnarok when people dont wanna go there. At least let me pay for the transfer ! Good job SE.

It seems I'm not the only one with this problem then. I know they said some people had priority over others depending on when they started etc. I was there at launch with my collectors edition box but how can some of us get a chance at priority if we dont get the chance to even apply for a change? On another note I would pay for a transfer also, much better than starting over.

I have a little over a dozen ppl trying to get to my linkshell which will be merged onto Durandal. Some after 3 days of camping the thing all night they are about to just give up.

Thing is so many ppl are wanting to transfer but there is just no openings at all. PPl cannot get off their server so others cannot get on that server. SE needs to find a way to fix this issue. Cause it is apparent no one is going to the 1 open server >.> . Se just needs to increase the server capacity and put in Ques in game or something, atm the choose your own server merger is almost worthless the way this is being handled.

They need to do that or allow server merges permanently maby for a small fee or something after original merge. Gona screw over alot of ppl for like a year who where planning on coming to my linkshell in about 8days if nothing is done.

Ragnarok is a euro server to begin with they should have known it would fail to be popular like their economy.
