    Can’t login to character on a server

    I queued for expert earlier. Clicked accept then got disconnected randomly. Tried to reconnect. Shows error 900002. Tried for hours still cant reconnect. Nothing was changed in my connection. Did a reset on my router/modem. Put it on wfi and wired. Changed internet connection. Still couldnt login. I cant go past the character select screen. It say I’m still in Ghimylt Dark. I tried creatinng characters on different servers and data center. Was able to play.

    My character is Tai Bau on leviathan primal. I play on the ps4.

    Did you disconnect from the game while playing the instance, or was it while you were in a loading screen?

    Usually, this kind of error can resolve itself. In case this doesn't happen, try the following:

    Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that they have been opened:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040
    Your ISP can open these ports for you.
