Yep! I'd be ok with either of those. I'm actually expecting Ishgard housing (whenever they decide to implement it) to be fully instanced. I could certainly be wrong, and I'd love another uninstanced ward, but with the resources it apparently takes, I can't imagine that being their first choice.
