This actually already automatically happens and has done since 2.2 (March 2014).



So it transfers to the next most senior person who has logged into the FC within the last 7 days.

ok awesome so that's already in place. after reading through some of the other posts in the housing forums, I've come to the conclusion that there most likely is not enough motivation to fix this issue anyways because it seems to only affect highly populated servers, and theres PLENTY of open plots on lower population servers, and really that's just more motivation for people to move from a high population server to a low population server, spreading out the population.
