Perhaps not, but you can just look it up on your standard map over the zone in question.
Gabineaux can unsurprisingly enough be found inside Gabineaux's Bower, which is marked on the map.

Yeah, but none of the clues lead you to that zone. The map doesn't even work in that zone. The only way to know is to ask for enough hints to be told where to go or to google it.

The NPC you are working with outright tells you what zone it is, when you ask her for clues.

I didn't mind the first riddle but the second one was a bit much all things considered, even with the big area hint if you exhaust the clues available. The first riddle I felt good for having solved, simple though it was, the second one I just stared blankly when I found out the answer and didn't feel any sense of loss of accomplishment for having to look it up. It was a bit /too/ obscure and felt less like a proper riddle and more like 'hey did you remember this REALLY obscure NPC you likely haven't talked to in four years?? '

Still it could have been worse. But the fact they had to off-handedly tell us the area to go to in the hints, rather than have the riddle lead up to it on it's own is pretty telling of how badly structured the second one was.

The NPC's position is also labeled on the Central Shroud map with his name.

That's the problem though: she only tells you if you ask for enough hints. Solving the riddle on your own doesn't actually tell you in any way whatsoever that you need to go to Central Shroud unless you were already familiar with the NPC's name and location.

Also, Square, your "map" sucks. It was so faded it was almost impossible to read and being unable to use it in conjunction with your actual map like a normal person would made this more frustrating than it needed to be. This was like if someone gave you a list for a scavenger hunt, but they had written half the list in invisible ink and then soaked the whole thing in water for a few days for good measure.

With this character's death, the thread of prophecy remains intact.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt stupid or wished for a way to have your map transposed or something over one that had the spriggans. I just don't like how the boots dye it goes all monochrome unlike the top and the pants where some parts keep their colors. You have brown boots, the frill part is different from the rest and the inside boot color. When dyed everything becomes a shade of the color you picked and just ruins the look for me.

I was just dyeing mine and noticed the same thing I think I might just keep it it’s original color because I like all the different details, the pink inside the shoes etc. Although there has been times where I wish it would cover the whole outfit but I do like the different colors on this one.

I think the main scenario quest starting in Gridania took you in there and once you finished it opened up some side quest inside there.

I didn't notice them on my first run through. There's others too.

Characters from Ananta beast tribe quest and Company of Heroes way back in 2.0
