Time card not working?

I used a time card but it did not change my account to active. I waited a couple hours but it remained in active. I attempted to use the code again, but it said it had already been used. So...why is my account still inactive??

Do you have multiple service accounts, or multiple accounts? did you use it on the right one?

Did you used an EU Game Time Card on a NA account or viceversa? Make sure you get the time card for the right region.
