Level 70 mining quest: "A Miner Success" Pummelite - invisible

"Mine Pummelite at the Slow Wash".
I went to the specified location in the Peaks, waited until 8 PM, nothing appeared (Was in NIN mode), I switched to miner, still nothing visible Another player arrived and mined something at the spot, but I didn't see anything. Do I need to be in the correct job BEFORE a timed node appears?

Did you have Truth of the Mountains active? It's an unspoiled node so you need to have that active for it to show up.

Yes, I even toggled it on and off again. 1.5 more ET hours before I can try again. This time, I'll be sure I have everything ready.

Edit: This time it worked, Unfortunately, it took two hits to unhide it, so I only got 4 out or 5.. More waiting

I found this post while searching where to find Pummelite myself and noticed you said you only got 4 out of 5 after you had to unhide it. I know this is old and it doesn't matter now but it may help others in the future but you could have used a skill like King's Yield 2 or Bountiful Yield 2 to increase the amount you got per attempt. With King's Yield 2 on, you can get 3 Pummelite per attempt.
