I downclocked as much as MSI Afterburner allowed me. I believe -200 Mhz on the GPU.
To disable the services, Windows+R, type msconfig, then press Enter. Tick "hide Microsoft services", untick anything else. Enter and reboot.

Edit: I think it worked!In DirectX11 too, though I was and am prepared to try in 9 if the error returns. But so far so good, got 3 hours or more or play time without the issue I think c:
