By saying 'we' you're including yourself in the context because others operate under a different 'we' context. If you had said 'being unable to play as something that exists in the the story is locking that item' then you would have a case. Please direct me to where I said I was entitled to or believed I should be able to play anything. You'll find I said no such thing.
I only pointed out that being unable to play as something that exists in the story means that thing is locked. That's it. I said nothing about what I wanted.
Now you are reaching. You are thrusting an opinion upon me that I did not claim to have, just because I said being unable to play something means we are locked out of it. I was stating a fact. Not an opinion.
Unless you want to somehow argue how being unable to play something means we are not locked out of it :P
If we can't play it, it's locked. Simple as that.

I would argue that just because we're unable to play as something it doesn't mean we're locked out of it, just that we haven't gotten to it yet. We aren't locked out of Garlemald or Sharlaya, both of which are mentioned in the story, we just haven't made it that far yet. By your logic we should already be able to visit those places because 'they exist in the story so we should be able to play it' and for us to not already be there right now means we're locked out of them. In fact we should already have access to ALL the regions mentioned in the story just because, heaven forbid, they lock us out of somewhere. Now you are reaching. Id play as a sahagin if i could
If we can't play it then how is it not locked?
By my logic if something exists in the story and we can't access it, we are locked out of it. Whether that's a zone, a race, a class, etc. Once again I must remind you I said nothing about what I want or what we should be able to do. Do you always try to label other people with opinions they didn't claim to have?We aren't locked out of Garlemald or Sharlaya, both of which are mentioned in the story, we just haven't made it that far yet. How are these not your opinions? Are you not the one posting them? Are you not the one defending them? If they aren't your opinions then why are you so adamant about them?If we can't play it then how is it not locked?

So that means the outrage for male Viera and all the labels thrown at the dev team was hypocritical, since we were locked from all these stuff and no one said anything (some of it had one gender too like Lupin, Ananta etc). Did people suddenly realize they were locked from stuff now? I didn't mention female Hrothgar, because if they said in the lore they don't exist, then by your logic we're not locked from them and should never ask for them in that case.
I literally said if we can't access something then we're locked out of it. You're over-complicating it by assuming I have an opinion I didn't state.
I'm trying to dispel this idea that OP has that something can't be locked if it doesn't exist. Considering we do know male viera exist in the story, that point they made is contradictory.
This doesn't mean they won't be released at a later date but that's another conversation based on maybes.
Please direct me to where I said we cannot ask for something that doesn't exist in the game. Good luck finding it.So that means the outrage for male Viera and all the labels thrown at the dev team was hypocritical, since we were locked from all these stuff and no one said anything (some of it had one gender too like Lupin, Ananta etc). Lol, all this drama and assumptions about my opinions thrown at me just because I said "if it's in the story and we can't play it, it's locked."
