I don't know. Personally I like the MSQ roulette as it is now. Great tomestone reward for very little work.
Most complaints about it are just stupid anyway - people who want the extra rewards without the extra time spent.
There not worth running. I can get 60 genesis tomes from running Heaven on High 2 times before you can complete the main scenario roulette for only 50 genesis tomes. If want me run it they will have to double it to 100 tomes of genesis. Good group in Heaven on High can finish each run in 15 minutes.

Besides, speed isn't everything. MSQ roulette may not be the fastest way of earning tomes, but it is probably the easiest.
Sure would be nice, tho. Maybe hopefully they'll roll around to it like they have squadrons. Honestly a little surprised at how much those are able to run now.
Also hopefully MSQ is one of the first areas they've considered for trusts.
But, also, wouldn't be terribly surprised if they just didn't want (weren't able) to put in the resources to make sure trusts are balanced for older content they weren't originally intended for.
Why would anyone want to remove the roulette? It's extra tomestones, experience points, and seals for almost no effort but time, which could be made even more productive by doing other things during the cutscenes if you want. It's great! I run it every day when I need one of those rewards.
Make them both give more xp in all honesty there really isnt enough xp to make doing them feasible past level 60
I can't say I disagree with making it so the scenes can't be skipped; there's a lot of story in those two duties.
But gods does it take forever.
Why not utilize functions currently in the code to allow the party to progress as a unit? We have a ready checker that say "everyone has ___ seconds to respond, and if everyone responds before the timer expires, the ready check concludes quicker." It should be simple enough to use this with two simple tweaks to the functionality.
I have not read the whole thread so apologies if this has already be mentioned: you cant do this because players will just feel harassed to skip. I have seen this already when entering a new dungeon or trail for the first time, and sitting through the cut scene while people are insulting me for not skipping it (not supper common, but not that rare either.) In long dungeon runs, where the kick-function becomes available mid dungeon, this can result on a lot of trolling, kicking players that honestly want to watch the whole experience for the first time.
BTW, I returned a while back, and did the MSQ roulette... and got to see the whole thing for the first time ever. I really had missed on a LOT of content due to community rush. I like the way it works now.
The only thing to fix are the attitudes of players who for some reason still queue into this content. There is zero reason to rework the 8-man dungeons. The exp and tome rewards are the highest in the game while simultaneously being the easiest to obtain. No other roulette offers the same amount of exp when leveling, same with the tome amount of poetics, mendacity, AND genesis when max level; 300, 100, and 50 respectively.
Also to note, if made into solo instances, the daily rewards for this go away as we cannot repeat solo instances. It's not like you're going to get anything out of it except taking those rewards away from the players who don't mind or want to do these roulettes. What a shitty attitude it is to have because you despise the length of the instances so much that you would have it taken away from those players. What the hell is up with that? You think no one will complain about the loss of a roulette that offers substantial rewards to exp and tomes? You've got to be kidding.
The solution is quite simple: DON'T QUEUE INTO THESE ROULETTES. If they reworked them to make them shorter, they WILL adjust the rewards. The rewards are what they are because of the length of the instance players have to endure. It is the ONLY way and the ONLY reason why they are so high.
They should just have an option you can adjust in Duty Finder similar to choosing if you want to sync to min il, be a FL Freelancer etc. There should be just be two simple options:
1.Allow for you to skip cutscenes BUT make the rewards what they used to be before the adjustment (which were much more reduced). This allows people to still run the content with skipping the cutscenes but reduces the rewards to justify allowing the skip.
2. Allow you to run the two as they currently are and keep the rewards the exact same.
People are going to run it for the exp/poetics on both ends, and as we get near ShB where everyone will have a job they need to level to 80 it makes so much more sense to have these two options.
tbh the xp should be trippled from what it is and so should tomes since we forced 2 watch a rerun movie every q
