Love it or hate it, the roulette is doing what it's supposed to. I've gone through the story on a few alts now, and the wait time is longer than most dungeons but still not horrible. I also run this roulette on my main for exp while having lunch sometimes. It's a good way to get a ton of exp while feeding yourself.

Agreed. There needs to be some kind of option to queue for one of these specifically with a full group and not watch cutscenes. Not within the roulette, obviously; if you use the roulette, you watch cutscenes, regardless if your party is full or not (that's why the rewards are so high - to reimburse you for your time). But queuing specifically for one of those dungeons with a full party should allow you the option to skip cutscenes somehow, and using the existing unsync option seems like the easiest way. Legitimately, some people just want to get their characters through the dungeons without having to watch the cutscenes.
