Problems with the handling of "Terms of Use"

I tried multiple times to get a response from the support or GMs, but all I heard is they can't answer and that Im supposed to post this in the forums instead.
While that still doesn't solve my personal issue Ive seen this issue here several times already too, so... please head our call?

After receiving a Warning/Caution as such:
Short story; quote from the official FAQ:
    ◆Caution
"Square Enix will provide an “instruction for improvement” providing the player with guidance on how to improve their behaviour to prevent further violations of this type in the future."

Their mail when I asked for such intructions/suggestions:

    [...]
We're afraid that we have provided you with all the necessary information related to your issue. As such, we unfortunately cannot be of any additional assistance regarding this matter. Due to this, we will now be closing this ticket.
    [...]

    Suggestion:
Make it more transparent? If you're telling me straight up: you said a bad word, we don't want to see this here, then that's it. Noone is gonna hunt after whoever might have reported us. We likely don't even remember any names of people that were in the party.
I full on accept the warning as such.
I just can't accept how I'm not told what to avoid!
I never tried to ruin any players experience to begin with. Sometimes I can get a bit heated up if its an argument, but I never go off just insulting someone out of the blue.

That my issue. Not knowing what was considered as offensive.
I'd like to apologyze to whatever person I made feel uncomfy btw should you read this.

    Long story:

I did something wrong - got off with a "friendly warning" by a GM and now I am wanting to avoid repeating this "wrong". But I was not told, which this "wrong" is despite me asking.

Let me give you a metaphor:
You tell your kids: if you don't stop, I will switch off the TV!
You don't tell your kid, what he/she is supposed to stop.
Your kid most likely won't improve on said behaviour because it might not know what it was doing wrong.

I respect the way you are protecting those players that report the offense. However, I wasn't asking what it was word by word. Was ist sarcastic? was it me sassing a rude player while I should have just ignored him instead?
So far Im mostly thinking that it was me getting heated up by some impatient players.
Im not saying that I'm an angel, but I am not a person that intentionally flames or insults anyone out of the blue. So this "Caution" or Warning came as quiet the shock...

And my anxiety now tells me, that maybe it was something I might repeat because I am not aware.
So Id like to know if it was actually just a slip up of mine. Cuz now I really just feel like deleating the chat from my HUD to not do more bad... Or to just stay logged off.
Other people probably just laughing about the warnings, but Im terrifyed and sad cuz it literally never happened to me before in a game.

They can't tell you what you did or said because of privacy reasons. They don't want people retaliating and harassing the person who reported them if they manage to figure it out.

From what I've experienced, it's standard for MMOs to explain what you actually did wrong when you commit an offense, because they know they can just punish you again if you try to seek retaliation.

This really is a case of SE being overly protective to a fault.

Yup, which I mentioned above I udnerstand. But they also have to understand our problem.
Let's say someone felt aggrivated at a provocative smiley. and Im only told it was harassment. Harassment can be so much! Theres like 8 different options listed under harasment in their terms. Ill never find out that it was smiley related, so I can't prevent it from repeating.
Or if it was uncalled sarcasm. I dont need the wording 1:1, Id just wish to at least know the category or something to tip me from repeating my mistake.

Maybe it wasnt even chat related and I did something like pull them away with rescue cuz I thought it the easiest to show them what to dodge, disagreeing with someones opinion, countering someones insult with my own rude comment, or linking a spell belittling them, accidently spoiling some story thing in FC chat or emoting in a way they misunderstood.
Just a rough descirbtion attached in future scenarios would be awesome.

Im probably overthinking as always and just said some mean word when I was upset. But atm feeling lost and terrifyed cuz dont want to trip into an other bad situation.
