Black Screen During Cutscene

I have a cutscene after the last main storyline quest ("Before the Dawn"). It plays fine, but then looks like it's loading another cutscene (maybe the first of Heavensward?), and only goes to a black screen. I can still hear music and access the chat box, but that's all. Trying to skip the cutscene does nothing. I purchased the Collector's Edition (PC), so i DO have Heavensward.

I tried searching for this issue here and on Google, but found nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
