    While this has been true for quite some time, the coming data center split coupled with the finally on-again house destruction will FINALLY open up a lot of new housing plots. On Coeurl there has not been any available for weeks. Not a single one.

    I recently toured some houses for some ideas, and was amazed/appalled at how many totally empty houses there are - on the order of 50-60% it appears. Personally I have been somewhat stocking up on building mats when I find some really cheap.

    As a decorator, I am horrified by that percentage. Absolutely horrified.
