PC account install in PS4

can I install the same account/character which I am playing in PC into PS4?

I believe you can transfer them.. But it's a perma transfer, you can't return the chr back to the PC version after.

I could be remembering wrong tho.
I chose make a new account when i swapped

You just need another copy of the game, and then you can play your characters on both systems. Not both at once; just either/or. But you can access your account on either system if you have the game on both.

At least, that's how I think it works. I only have the PC version.

The characters are saved on the server so regardless of what platform you use, you will have access to them (some config settings maybe an exception). Your SE account would be linked to your PSN so you can only be logged in to one at a single time (PC or PS), but yeah you can access through either if you own licences for both platforms.
