On Achievement "Dress Like a Pirate Day" (located under Items tab) you can read the following:

Obtain a complete set of buccaneer armor consisting of a buccaneer's tricorn, a buccaneer's shirt, a pair of buccaneer's boots, and a buccaneer's sash.
* Speak to Terremiaux with all four items equipped.

Bolded item is actually called Bucanner's Tricorne.
